Reserva Pacavita is the combined effort of two inspired farmers and the union of two spectacular lands. Silvestre’s farm sits high atop the Pico Congolan mountain range, situated between two biological reserves. Joel’s farm, Los Lesquines, has cultivated coffee since 1865!
Distinct rainy and dry seasons, coupled with mineral-rich soil, facilitates the growth of flavor-packed coffee cherries.
Coming from its own Peaceful Valley, this is a coffee that rewards close inspection and inspires deep appreciation with its tactile delight and bright bouquet of almond, complex caramels, and stonefruit.
