We are headquartered in the historic Peaceful Valley community, along the Spokane River, at 1605 West Water Avenue.
Our guideposts to roasting are CLEAN and SWEET. We offer a seasonal, compelling, and diverse selection of coffees, roasted to order, and roasted to suit an individual’s sense of good taste. Each coffee is chosen for its versatility across the roasting spectrum. We promise that every coffee will deliver flavors clear, compelling, and balanced. A buoyant pleasure in drinking drives the roast signature.
The company’s founder and operator, Bryn Garrehy, is from Spokane, Washington and brings nearly two decades of coffee industry experience; over a decade encompassing professional Specialty tasting, grading, and roasting. Having also worked extensively in Oakland/SF, California and Seattle, Washington, he has been instrumental in the success of multiple Specialty companies on the West Coast, as well as scaled expansion into multiple US markets, Japan, and South Korea.
As operator, Bryn personally sources, roasts, and quality-controls every coffee, ensuring a delicious and consistent product to meet the needs of any brewer or business.
