We are headquartered in the historic Peaceful Valley community, along the Spokane River, at 1605 West Water Avenue.

Our guideposts to roasting are CLEAN and SWEET. We offer a seasonal, compelling, and diverse selection of coffees, roasted to suit an individual’s sense of good taste. We promise that any roast profile will deliver flavors clear, irresistable, and balanced.

The company’s founder and operator, Bryn Garrehy, is from Spokane, Washington and brings nearly two decades of professional coffee experience.
As operator, Bryn personally sources, roasts, and quality-controls every coffee, ensuring a delicious and consistent product to meet the needs of any brewer.
Bryn has celebrated coffee with professionals and enthusiasts from every corner of the globe. He is a decorated coffee educator, and his journies have taken him around the Americas, to Italy, as well as Japan. Skilled and knowledgeable in many styles of brewing and roasting, Bryn also has a deep respect and familiarity with the numerous rituals and passions that we, as humans, have shaped around our favorite global beverage.
