Every roast is a manual, artisinal craft—tailored to the customer’s palate—that reflects the unique qualities of each particular coffee. Qualities exist as a three-part harmony of development between acidity, sweetness, and aftertaste.
A traditional roasting drum with flame is not employed, and most of the classic roast defects (scorching, burning, etc) are eliminated.
Using clean electricity, a “fluid bed” of heated air lofts and roasts the coffee seeds. This method produces roasted coffee that sits brilliantly on the tongue, superior in terms of balance and clarity of flavor.

Light/American — enhances sweetness in acidity
Medium/City — enhances sweetness in body
Dark/Vienna — enhances sweetness in aftertaste
Double Dark/French — lessens sweetness, adds pungency
