Ethiopia contains numerous coffee growing regions of legendary renown, including the Guji Zone of Oromia. Guji is highly prized for its many number of native coffee varieties that carry a complex, fruity, but balanced profile.
From the Shakiso district within Guji comes this fantastic, naturally processed coffee. “Naturally processed” coffees involve partial fermentation and carry powerfully fruit-forward aromas.
