WHAT WE LOVE
Peaceful Valley Coffee’s most popular offering, and rightfully so, this Brazil Guaxupe has been characterized as the “absense of bitterness.” Not all coffees are created equal, and simple does not equal basic. Many “simple” or “mild” coffees can be irresistable, special, and highly distinguished. This deliciousness is attained by discovering the right coffee variety and pairing it with skillful, clean roast.
In the cup, this “semi-washed” Brazilian coffee is defined by its mellow but constantly sweet experience, with an ability to scale robustly through the darker roasts. Layers of browning sugars, marshmallow sweetness, and milky chocolate lay the foundation for clean nuttiness and rounded, apple-like acidity. An inspired universal, the Guaxupe’s versatility, base note complexity, and high sweetness make it fantastic in blends, or as a single origin.
