WHAT WE LOVE
Ethiopia contains numerous coffee growing regions of legendary renown, including the Guji Zone of Oromia. Guji is highly prized for its many number of native coffee varieties that carry a complex, fruity, but balanced profile.
From the Danbi Udo wet mill, owned by Hailu Abebe, comes this fantastic, naturally processed coffee. “Naturally processed” coffees involve partial fermentation and carry powerfully fruit-forward aromas. The regional landrace varieties provide small, dense coffee beans, packed with jam-like, nuanced, and floral flavors.
